FitSmartTM was created in 2000 by Owner and Manger, Stephen Sweatman. The business is focused on providing high achievement, high quality and efficient lifestyle and fitness outcomes for clients. FitSmartTM has now grown into an organisation of highly skilled fitness and allied health professionals with a history of significant client results.
Originally working out of selected gyms and studios, FitSmartTM established a dedicated studio in 2006 at Cecil Street South Melbourne. In 2010, the studio moved to Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne, adding free form areas, outdoor park and beach activities to the existing resistance and weights area.
In 2019, FitSmartTM relocated to Brighton upgrading the Studio.
Studio equipment includes cardio, fixed pin machines, free weights, fitballs, bosu, suspension gym rings, water weights and free form areas enabling a full body workout.
FitSmartTM focuses on continous education in fitness and rehabilitation. Keeping up to date with developments in science and its application is essential to assist elite body development and management of acute and chronic injuries and conditions.
